Borroughs powder coated finished are high-quality, durable and inert.
Our processes exceed current environmental standards and our paints contain no
ingredients banned by the Environmental Protection Agency. Our finished
surfaces will not emit any chemical compounds to the air, during product use,
which could harm people or stored items.

Group I and Group II Standard Colors are for all
products except Commercial Grade RTA Clip-Type Shelving
and Office Utility Carts (065 Gray only).
Custom Colors
Borroughs is a leader in color choices. Your choice
does not stop with our standard colors. We have
created and sold more than 3,000 custom colors, all of
which can be painted to order.
We also offer custom color matching. We will
match new competitive or special finishes using our
computerized paint matching technology. We provide
a painted metal sample at no charge (limit five (5)
colors per order) on all custom color requests. We
use a metal sample so our customers can be sure that the
sample accurately represents the production color they
will receive.

Responsibility - Delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the
customer. Borroughs' liability ends upon delivery of products to the
carrier. Goods are shipped at the customer's risk. All claims for
product lost or damaged in transit shall be made by the customer.
Visible Damage - Should be noted on the freight bill and acknowledged by the
driver's signature.
Concealed Damage - Notify the freight agent if concealed damage is found
within 15 days of delivery. Request an inspection. An inspection is
necessary for filing a claim.
Return shipments may be authorized within 60 days of original shipment.
You must have written authorization from Borroughs prior to any return.
Authorized returns must be packaged properly using original cartons. They
are to be shipped with freight pre-paid by customer.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge for InStock items or a
30% re-stocking charge for non-stocked items. Custom product items,
including custom colors, may not be returned. All returns subject to any
reconditioning charges determined necessary by Borroughs upon inspection of the
returned goods.
Borroughs Corporation extends to the original purchaser from the date of
purchase a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship. If a Borroughs product fails to perform because of a
manufacturing defect, Borroughs will examine it. If found defective, it
will be repaired or replaced at our option. This warranty applies only to
Borroughs products acquired directly from Borroughs Corporation or from
Authorized Borroughs Dealers.
This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to
misuse, negligence, or accident; has been damaged in shipment, storage, or
installation; has been misapplied or has been modified or repaired by
unauthorized persons or been repaired with non-standard Borroughs replacement
parts. This warranty specifically excludes claims for indirect, incidental
or consequential damages arising in any way from a product defect. This
warranty is exclusive, and exists in lieu of all other warranties, either
expressed or implied.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other
rights which may vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty service, contact your Borroughs Selling Dealer. You
must make a written claim. Provide a copy of your purchase record and a
written description of the warranty problem with your claim. If you are

Borroughs' Maintenance Guidelines for Industrial, Wilsonstak®, & Office Products:
Borroughs Industrial, Wilsonstak, and Office products
require no maintenance other than periodic dusting using
a soft damp cloth void of any abrasive material.
Borroughs' Maintenance Guidelines for Easy-Trak:

Keep track vacuumed and free of debris (such as
paperclips).

DO NOT use silicone spray - no lubrication is
required.
Borroughs' Maintenance Guidelines for Aisle-Saver®:

All bearings are sealed and are lifetime lubricated
and should require no further maintenance other than
periodic, annual or biannual (based on usage) audio and
visual inspection.

Check all mechanical assemblies/linkages and
especially safety devices for functional integrity.
Lubricate as necessary. Annual or biannual
inspections should be made, based on usage of
equipment.

After system is loaded and functional, crank chain
tension should be checked within approximately 1-3
months and thereafter annually, depending on usage of
the system.

All track, deck and ramp should be inspected daily
and kept free of dirt and debris.

Operate all moveable carriages and observe for
tracking and ease of movement.

Check any and all options to ensure proper
operation as they were intended.

Inspect shelving or racking etc., for structural
integrity, and or damage.

Safety labels should be checked for legibility;
replace if necessary.

When dusting, use a soft damp cloth void of any
abrasive material.
