 The Borroughs Facility:
From our small beginnings, Borroughs has grown to a modern 455,000 square foot facility located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Today, 95% or 434,000 square feet are dedicated to production and provides ample space for special projects. With Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo College, Kalamazoo Valley Community College and several business schools, Kalamazoo provides an abundant source of skilled workers. Borroughs is located near the crossroads of two major interstates, making access and transportation quick, easy and reliable.

Your Out-Sourcing Solution for Powder Coated Painting!
Borroughs can handle your painting requirements with one of our four paint lines. We can produce a furniture quality finish at competitive prices, right here in our manufacturing facility.
Powder Coat Paint from Borroughs offers the following advantages:

 Borroughs uses equipment manufactured by the Nordson Corporation, the recognized leader in powder coating equipment in North America. Working with Borroughs manufacturing engineers, this system was custom designed for our use with maximum efficiency and product quality. Our manual booths are the Excel 2003 models, using SureCoat hand guns. Our automatic booths are the newly designed and recently released SureClean models. The SureClean booths fully reclaim and have the ability to reach 97% transfer efficiency. This efficiency translates to lower costs. Our six paint booths give us maximum production flexibility by enabling us to select the right paint line for the job. We can handle the following part sizes:
• Manual Booth #1 - Parts up to 20' long x 5' deep x 4' wide
• Manual Booth #2 - Parts up to 10' long x 8' deep x 12" wide
• Automatic Booths (2) - Parts up to 5' long x 5' deep x 8" wide
• Offline Booths (2) - Designed for small parts and /or low volume
