1) How do I place an order? Orders may be placed by authorized Borroughs dealers. To find a dealer, enter your zip code in the dealer locator at the top of this page.
| 2) What is the paint color policy? Borroughs powder coated finished are high-quality, durable and inert. Our processes exceed current environmental standards and our paints contain no ingredients banned by the Environmental Protection Agency. Our finished surfaces will not emit any chemical compounds to the air, during product use, which could harm people or stored items.
Standard Industrial (automotive) Colors: B504 Blue, C386 Red, 065 Industrial Gray, 445 White, F604 Pebble, 040 Black and 161 Mist Gray.
Group I Standard Colors: 010 Autumn Haze, 159 Eggshell, 445 White, 040 Black, 161 Mist Gray, D492 Parchment, 065 Industrial Gray, 165 Forest Gray, F604 Pebble.
Group II Additional Standard Colors* (customer option): 011 Blond Tan, 013 Putty, 030 Alamo Tan, 035 Brown, 163 Morning Gray, 181 Auqu Haze, F303 Warm Beige, G307 Hunter Green, B354 Brit Blue, F393 Feather Stone, B504 Blue, C604 Burgundy.
*Additional Standard Colors carry a two (2) week extended lead time with no extra charge, OR, for a normal lead time, Custom Color Upcharge Policy applies (see below).
Group I and Group II Standard Colors are for all products except Commercial Grade RTA Clip-Type Shelving and Office Utility Carts (065 Gray only).
Custom Colors Borroughs is a leader in color choices. Your choice does not stop with our standard colors. We have created and sold more than 3,000 custom colors, all of which can be painted to order.
We also offer custom color matching. We will match new competitive or special finishes using our computerized paint matching technology. We provide a painted metal sample at no charge (limit five (5) colors per order) on all custom color requests. We use a metal sample so our customers can be sure that the sample accurately represents the production color they will receive.

3) How do I handle damaged shipments? Responsibility: Delivery to the carrier shall constitute delivery to the customer. Borroughs' liability ends upon delivery of products to the carrier. Goods are shipped at the customer's risk. All claims for product lost or damaged in transit shall be made by the customer.
Visible Damage: Should be noted on the freight bill and acknowledged near the driver's signature.
Concealed Damage: Notify the freight agent if concealed damage is found within 15 days of delivery. Request an inspection. An inspection is necessary for filing a claim.

| 4) What is the Borroughs return policy? Return shipments may be authorized within 60 days of original shipment. You must have written authorization from Borroughs prior to any return. Authorized returns must be packaged properly using original cartons. They are to be shipped with freight pre-paid by customer.
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge for in-stock items or a 30% restocking charge for non-stock items. Custom product items, including custom colors, may not be returned. All returns subject to any reconditioning charges determined necessary by Borroughs upon inspection of the returned goods.

6) What are the maintenance guidelines?
Industrial, Wilsonstak, and Office products require no maintenance other than periodic dusting using a soft damp cloth void of any abrasive material.
Easy-Trak Maintenance Guidelines • Keep track vacuumed and free of debris (such as paperclips). • DO NOT use silicone spray - no lubrication is required.
Aisle-Saver®Maintenance Guidelines • All bearings are sealed and are lifetime lubricated and should require no further maintenance other than periodic, annual or biannual (based on usage) audio and visual inspection. • Check all mechanical assemblies/linkages and especially safety devices for functional integrity. Lubricate as necessary. Annual or biannual inspections should be made, based on usage of equipment. • After system is loaded and functional, crank chain tension should be checked within approximately one to three months and thereafter annually, depending on usage of the system. • All track, deck and ramp should be inspected daily and kept free of dirt and debris. • Operate all moveable carriages and observe for tracking and ease of movement. • Check any and all options to ensure proper operation as they were intended. • Inspect shelving or racking etc. for structural integrity and/or damage. • Safety labels should be checked for legibility and replaced if necessary. • When dusting, use a soft damp cloth void of any abrasive material.
